How is Remoting.la different?

Talent is not everywhere, you know it, we know it. At Remoting.la, we perform a rigorous screening process to curate the best talent Latin America has to offer. Generally only 10% of the candidates make it to the Remoting.la community.

How does your screening process quality candidates that meet our requirements?

We screen for English proficiency, personality, communication skills, specific skills and a high level of professionalism. In general only 10% of applicants pass the screening process and make it to our community.

How long is your screening process until a candidate is accepted into the talent pool?

The screening process can take up to six weeks, for the applicant to make it into our community. We are very serious about this process, and we take our time to accept talent into our pool. Remoting.la’s screening process is the most important reason we keep a network of the highest caliber talent.

How long would a company expect to meet and onboard the expert?

For companies, after your job offer was accepted, you can generally expect between 7 to 10 business days to onboard your new expert to the team.

Are there any setup fee, or initial costs?

There is no setup fee nor initial costs, we just require an initial deposit of $500 that will be applied as a credit to your first invoice once you make a hire. If you decide not to use our services, your deposit will be refunded completely.

How is the no-risk trial, money back guaranteed period?

We start each process with a trial period of two weeks. The aim is that you have enough time to engage with Remoting.la expert. Only if you’re completely satisfied with the results, we’ll bill you for that time and continue the service for as long as you’d like. If you’re not completely satisfied, you won’t be billed. From there, we will provide you with another expert who may be a better fit and with whom we will begin a second, no-risk trial.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with a Remoting.la expert?

We allow our clients to begin a trial period with up to three candidates from our pool talent per position. Our aim is to screen all applicants to ensure there is a match for every company. For this reason, we allow our clients to work with multiple experts for each position before they decide on a candidate with whom they are confident and comfortable. This is why the process is 100% risk free.

Once we have ended the trial period, can I change the expert?

Yes. As listed above, we do our best to find the perfect match for you, but if you don’t feel it is, even after the trial period has ended, you can still change your expert. This change normally takes up to 7 to 10 business days.

What happens if a Remoting.la expert is unavailable for the days or times they are scheduled to work with me?

Remoting.la tries its best to ensure that this doesn’t happen. However, in the extremely unlikely event that such a situation happens, Remoting.la will credit back the time billed to the client.

Can I cancel any time I want?
